Hi Matt,

I have been listening to the podcasts now ever since your started making them and have been greatly helped by the messages, which I imagine to be formulated especially and directly to me. Some amazing things have happened as a result of my applying them what seems to be the most minimal ways.

For instance, I've had a friendship completely restored after I had pretty
much destroyed it; I followed the process Matt outlined in a prayer/declaration that "...Grace has completely and brilliantly handled this matter concerning _________." The amends I should make came instantaneously and I felt inside what was the right action to take. It changed what I believe about myself on a level I cannot describe.

At one point I emailed a request for you to weave in the topic of addiction
and you said just the right thing at the right time. I have reprieve and it
is amazing.

As a returning (older) student who has had negative and confining ideas
about my ability to succeed in life, I have ventured out beyond those
outmoded beliefs. Ideas of failure were stuck inside my core. Sometimes I
go to sleep, listening to those podcasts just to change the default track of
my mind.

Within the last year I've made dean's list, studied abroad, been
reunited with friends I haven't spoken to in 15-26 years, and now I'm
beginning to imagine a new career that is so fabulous that I can't wait to
start DOING WHAT I LOVE and getting paid for it!

Anyway, thanks for being here and doing what you do, especially for using technology to reach more people.
