In this 5-hour workshop Matt will utilize exercises and processes that assist in expanding the boundaries of consciousness.

By expanding responsibility on the inner realms of consciousness we free up oceans of energy. Through non-judgmental observation and alert interest, and with the intention to heal rather than judge, in full acceptance and welcoming of what may emerge, we encourage the deep to come to the surface.

The light of truth ignites forgiveness and releases the captive energies of thoughts, beliefs, agreements, hidden agendas and persistent identities that begin to emerge in order to be healed and brought home. This fosters a fresh renewal of life enhancing energy and lifeforce.
